Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help keep the office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Filing and organizing documents
Creating packing slips and related paperwork
Entering invoices and maintaining accurate records
Processing and recording credit card transactions
Assisting with data entry and general office support
Answering phones and communicating professionally with customers and vendors
Maintaining office organization and supplies
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and office software knowledge
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
