    Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) + access to benefits

    Position Summary

    SumBridge is hiring for an administrative professional to join our client. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide office support for a manufacturing company while a team member is on leave. This role will help ensure daily office operations continue to run smoothly by assisting with customer communications, answering phones, supporting administrative tasks, and helping with purchasing-related paperwork as needed.

    This position is onsite in the Arlington, WA office and requires a dependable and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Provide professional email correspondence with customers regarding general inquiries, order updates, and basic support requests.
    • Assist with general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document organization, and maintaining office records.
    • Support the administrative team with day-to-day office operations.
    • Assist with processing and organizing paperwork related to purchasing activities, such as purchase orders, vendor documentation, and order confirmations.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to help facilitate communication and workflow.
    • Provide additional administrative support as needed during the assignment.

    Qualifications

    • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing office environment.
