Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner • Follow up with interested clients and prospects via phone, text, and email • Coordinate communication with vendors regarding supplies, services, and orders • Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and tracking systems • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and calendar management • Ensure client communications are clear, consistent, and well-documented • Support ongoing projects and operational tasks as directed by the business owner • Identify ways to improve efficiency and organization within daily operations Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable speaking with clients, prospects, and vendors • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative • Professional, reliable, and positive attitude • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus Compensation: $57,000 yearly
