Compensation: $23.00 per hour
About the Role
The Federal Appeals Firm is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing Social Security disability federal court appeals. This role provides essential administrative and case management assistance to our legal staff and paralegals. Key Responsibilities
Support legal staff and paralegals with preparing and formatting court documents and filings
Assist with electronic filing and service of pleadings and motions
Maintain and organize case files with accuracy and consistency
Communicate with clients regarding case updates, documentation, and scheduling
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and document organization
Coordinate with external vendors and courts as needed
Qualifications
Prior administrative or legal support experience preferred, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential materials professionally
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: Monday–Friday
$23.00 per hour
