Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, accounting, and coordination tasks, including accounts payable, payroll processing, scheduling, and materials procurement. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, ADP, and Quickbooks.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Pay and record invoices
Data entry in Quickbooks
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
Receive and place material orders
Process payroll
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position
Skilled in Excel, Outlook, ADP, and QuickBooks
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
