Benefits • Competitive hourly wage ($22–$30 DOE) • Professional development and mentorship • Supportive, inclusive team culture • Paid holidays and PTO accrual • Health benefits or retirement plans Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Track client work and billable hours • Provide world-class customer service • Answer Client telephone calls, emails, and in-person questions • Manage client intake and engagement agreements • Sort, scan, and assemble tax return documents • Maintain client files and records • Provide administrative support across the team • Follow up with clients and assist with workflow tracking • Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications • Experience (2+ years in any of the following): • Administrative support in a tax or legal setting • Accounting Clerk or Assistant Tax Preparer • Data Entry Specialist • Legal Assistant (especially in tax or estate law) • Customer Service in Financial Services Skills Traits • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proactive, dependable, and deadline-oriented • Tech-savvy with word processing and redlining experience • Team player with a positive, professional attitude Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly
