    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    As our Full Time Administrative Assistant/Tenant Relations Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for tenants across a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where organization, communication, and follow-through are critical.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Respond to tenant inquiries regarding leases, roommates, transfers, move-outs, and general tenancy questions

    Monitor and manage incoming AppFolio messages and emails throughout the day, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up

    Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including documentation, tenant communication, and workflow tracking

    Maintain accurate and organized tenant records in AppFolio

    Support lease compliance efforts, including notices, delinquency follow-up, and renewals

    Assist with rent board, legal, and eviction-related documentation

    Communicate clearly with tenants, property managers, and internal teams

    Track tasks through completion and confirm when work is finalized

    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    We’re seeking someone who is organized, responsive, and takes ownership of their work. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.

    Can prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously

    Are comfortable learning new systems and processes (AppFolio experience is a plus)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    2+ years of administrative, customer service, or property management experience preferred

    Familiarity with fair housing, tenant relations, leasing, or real estate operations is a plus

    Willingness to learn San Francisco Rent Ordinance and local housing regulations
