The Fine Homes Group is a high-energy, fast-paced real estate team serving southern New Hampshire and northern/middle Massachusetts. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can bring organization, follow-through, and steady support to a busy team environment. In this role, you will support the Director of Operations, Listing & Transaction Coordinator, team principals, and agents by helping keep daily operations moving smoothly. The right person is highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, social, and team-focused setting. We are looking for someone who is extremely thorough, eager to learn new technology, and brings a background in customer service or administrative support. Applicants must be local to be considered! Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support to our Director of Operations and Listing & Transaction Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks. • Assist team principals with day-to-day activities, including email management, database coordination, and social media support. • Support agents as directed by the Director of Operations to help maintain efficiency across the team. • Coordinate client gifts, fundraising events, and team activities, ensuring every detail is handled with care. • Monitor, track, and respond to incoming communications in a timely and professional manner. • Set up Dotloop files, upload all required documents, and ensure files are complete and organized. • Prepare & execute agreements and presentations for the agents. • Pull tax cards, deeds, and any required town documents (plot plans, septic, etc.). • Create and maintain marketing materials throughout the sales process. • Assist with travel and event planning, including invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communication. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: • Can think on their feet and make sound decisions quickly. • Is comfortable in a lively, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. • Has a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once. • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and strong attention to detail. • Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal. • Is proficient with email, database systems, and social media platforms.
