The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and staff with administrative tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff members • Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and third parties as needed • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date • Assist with gathering information and conducting research for case preparation • Help with completing and filing necessary immigration and real estate forms • Support marketing initiatives as assigned • Provide general administrative assistance to attorneys and staff • Maintain organized filing systems and update client records as needed • Complete other administrative duties as needed, such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Assist with all other tasks in the office Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) • Customer service orientation • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred but not required • Able to speak another language, such as Spanish, is a plus Compensation: $15 -$17 hourly
