The Ramage Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Anderson, SC area to support our agents and staff with essential daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves creating systems that keep things running smoothly. While real estate experience is a plus, it's not required. We’ll train the right person who is motivated, eager to learn, and has a can-do attitude. Compensation: • $40,000 -$50,000 on target earnings • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Growth potential Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to agents and team members • Answer and direct calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly • Maintain digital and paper filing systems with accuracy • Input and update data in CRM and team tracking systems • Prepare basic documents, spreadsheets, and reports as requested • Assist in coordinating meetings, calendars, and team schedules • Greet and communicate with clients, vendors, and partners in a friendly, professional manner • Order office supplies and manage basic office needs • Assist with social media posts, marketing materials, and listing coordination as needed • Support transaction and listing processes under direction (light coordination work) • Complete special projects and tasks assigned by leadership • Help plan and coordinate occasional team events or client gifts Qualifications: • Administrative or office experience preferred (real estate background is a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools • Self-starter with a team-player mentality • Able to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment • Friendly, service-oriented attitude • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required • Real estate license not required, but growth-minded individuals may choose to pursue one with our support Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 OTE
