    East Portland Surgery Center has an opening for an Administrative Assistant-PRN.

    What You Will Do (Job Summary): The Administrative Assistant, reporting to the center Administrator, is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating documentation, and providing administrative support to the center's senior management team. This position performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of operations, including meeting preparation, communication development, and office organization. The Administrative Assistant also supports strategic initiatives, coordinates events, and assists with internal communications, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to center policies.

    Required Skills

    Education and Experience:

    • High School diploma or GED
    • At least 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant or medical office experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
    • Prior experience with meeting coordination and office management needed
