    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an administrative assistant.

    Administrative assistant Responsibilities:

    As an administrative assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties at your assigned service site. This will cover all aspects of front desk customer service to all clients, guests, vendors, and state of TN representatives.

    Your specific responsibilities for the administrative assistant role will include:

    Review daily notes and documentation, and perform basic daily tasks like filing, copying, sorting mail, sending and answering emails

    Scheduling meetings

    Scheduling and assisting members to appointments

    Tracking/ordering supplies as needed.

    Follow structured routines, keeping workspaces tidy, and managing simple checklists or to-do lists.

    Complete repetitive tasks accurately, such as data entry, sorting documents, or labeling files.

    Follow a set schedule, arrive on time, and transition between tasks as directed.

    Basic familiarity with office tools such as copiers, phones, or computers (with training and support as necessary).

    Willingness to work with others, accept feedback, and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

    Providing administrative support by answering a multi-line phone system

    Track and input names into databases

    Assist Administrative Staff

    Perform administrative duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    We are looking for an administrative assistant with a firm and demonstrated commitment to the development and success of employees. You should be highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding customer service abilities.

    Specific requirements for the administrative assistant role include:

    High school diploma or GED

    1 year experience in an administrative position.

    Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Employee management portal

    Valid Driver's License/Auto Insurance
