    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying

    • Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay messages

    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

    • Greet visitors and handle their inquiries professionally

    • Support team members with various administrative needs as required

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
