Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay messages
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet visitors and handle their inquiries professionally
Support team members with various administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
