WBE Technologies LLC one of the fastest growing telecommunications companies in the US seeks an experienced administrative assistant to support our expanding business. The role is full time and on site in Renton Washington. This is NOT a remote position

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process customer invoices in coordination with the finance and sales teams
Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
Coordinate with logistics for order tracking and delivery confirmation
Support purchasing and sales teams with data entry and order follow-ups
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and administrative correspondence
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with internal reporting and document preparation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (telecom or distribution industry preferred)
Familiarity with invoicing software or ERP systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
