    Abacus Solutions Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a new Warehouse in the Ft. Worth area.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and coordinating communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
    • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing shipping documents and labels.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to track deliveries and shipments
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
    • Manage warehouse administrative paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications related to warehouse operations.
    • Support warehouse staff with clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized office space.
    • Assist in tracking employee attendance and work schedules.
    • Handle office supply inventory and order necessary materials for warehouse operations.
    • May require occasional lifting of office supplies or warehouse documents.
    • Regular working hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
