    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced office setting.

    ** Position Summary**

    The Administrative Assistant (AR/AP) will provide administrative and accounting support to the Office Manager and property management team. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records for all residential properties, assisting with billing and payments, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.

    ** Key Responsibilities**

    • Process Accounts Receivable : record tenant payments, prepare deposits, and reconcile accounts.
    • Handle Accounts Payable : process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and prepare payments.
    • Maintain organized financial and tenant records for all residential properties.
    • Prepare and distribute monthly financial and occupancy reports.
    • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
    • Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and staff.
    • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

    ** Qualifications**

    ** Required:**

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, accounting, or property management support.
    • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    ** Preferred:**

    • Experience in residential property management.
    • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi).

    ** Compensation & Schedule**

    • ** Full-time:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • ** Salary:** $30,000 – $35,000 per year (based on experience).
