    What You'll Do

    Front-Line Communication & Customer Support

    •Greet and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.

    •Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely, empathetic assistance.

    •Act as a liaison between customers and departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues.

    •De-escalate challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

    Finance & Accounting Support

    •Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

    •Generate accurate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.

    •Process vendor invoices efficiently and support payment tracking.

    •Maintain and reconcile financial records using NetSuite.

    Invoicing & Purchase Order Management

    •Create and manage customer invoices and purchase orders (POs).

    •Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.

    •Monitor and track inventory-related documentation.

    Administrative & Office Coordination

    •Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.

    •Assist various departments with scheduling, communications, and project-related tasks.

    •Contribute to a well-organized and efficient workplace.

    What We're Looking For

    •Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

    •Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or office support role, ideally with AR/AP exposure.

    •Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.

    •Skills:
