Cleaning Responsibilities
Perform high-quality residential cleaning services in customers’ homes
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain all assigned areas
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained
Deliver exceptional customer service during each appointment
Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling appointments
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service requests, and follow-ups
Help manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
Assist management with team supervision and daily operations
Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Support overall office organization and workflow
Training of new employees
Quality control
Employee performance review
Employee retention and experience
Customer service
Work with potential customers by answering inquiries, discussing services, and providing cleaning quotes
Assist with company marketing efforts, including promotions, customer outreach, and community engagement
Qualifications:
Availability to work Monday-Friday 7:45am – 5:00pm
Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
High school diploma or GED
Cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Knows how to work on a computer and has some knowledge of Microsoft office/ Outlook
