    Job Summary This is a regular, part time position, with potential to expand to a full- time position. Stabilize Physical Therapy and Pilates is seeking an organized and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, your friendly personality will shine as you interact with our clients as our front desk receptionist; and your passion for staying organized will help run our operations with your administrative support. Your job will be to support clients and the therapy team in achieving a pleasant experience in our concierge-level clinic. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities

    Greet and interact with clients

    Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action

    Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar through the EMR system

    Scanning and faxing documentation

    Monitor email and and write emails as needed

    Maintain an organized filing system

    Check inventory and re-stock if necessary

    Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

    Utilize Advanced MD EMR system

    Complete various projects and tasks related to business operations
