    We’re The Learning Experience Grand Prairie Forum Drive, located near Epic West (I20/PGBT). We’re building out our education team, and we’d love for you to join us.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with marketing and events, ensuring smooth operations in all areas. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy creative projects, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with marketing and event planning to delight current families and drive new business.

    Manage and maintain files with confidentiality and accuracy.

    Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process.

    Create social media posts and decorate the school to reflect holidays/seasons.

    Complete other projects and duties as needed.

    Requirements:

    Ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of administrative duties.

    Comfortable working on the computer and learning new apps.

    Excellent people skills with the ability to talk to parents and members of the public.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Experience in childcare or a school setting is a plus.

    Qualifications:

    Educational Background: Must have a high school diploma or GED.

    Experience: Previous administrative or marketing experience

    State Compliance: Must meet state specific guidelines for the role, including immunizations, required health and safety training, CPR/ First Aid Certification, and fingerprint clearance through the DOJ.

    Additional Skills:

    Proven judgment to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting.

    Model and encourage good social skills, e.g. strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

    Exhibit high levels of composure, patience, and professionalism at all times.

    Maintain cleanliness of common areas and classrooms.

    Physical Resilience:

    Demonstrates full range of motion to:

    Stand and walk for extended periods of time without significant discomfort.

    Ability to safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

    Reach, stretch with hands and arms.

    Climb or balance.

    Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    Use of a stool or ladder to reach high places as necessary.

    Ability to supervise by sight and sound.
