Palms Property Management is looking for a team member who can provide structure and accountability by developing and implementing policies and procedures. As an Administrative Assistant to the Regional Manager, you will work on projects that are important to our success.
About the company
Palms Property Management owns and operates mobilehome parks and storage facilities in California, Arizona, and Idaho. The 11 properties that we manage are all company owned.
About the role
Support the Operations Team by assisting in all areas of property management.
Assist community managers in reporting requirements, staffing, purchase approvals and resident support.
Implement processes and procedures to bring uniformity to all of our properties.
Assist in training new staff.
Assist with managing onsite properties at site level when a community manager is away from the property.
Dedicated to work in the Hemet office Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Overtime may be required on occasion, to meet deadlines. Occasional travel may also be required.
About you
2+ years of experience in mobilehome property management.
Self-motivated leader/manager with strong management, phone and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and property management software and exhibit excellent computer skills.
Ability to take charge and delegate tasks and help hold employees accountable.
