Administrative Assistant to handle routine and advanced duties for other professionals. They organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support. They may serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors. They have to deal with other people from a wide variety of levels, from clients to management and even corporate Members.

Part-time

Typical Schedule:

Mon-Fri 15-30 hours per week, Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities: (Adjust to Fit your needs)

· Check in and assign daily work orders for our Cleaners

Use our proprietary Fish software to schedule work daily

Process received payments and actively administer Accounts Receivable processes

Capture and update Employee Time Sheets

Issue invoices to FMC Customers

Inventory and order Uniforms, Equipment and Supplies

Confirm upcoming residential appointments by phone

Follow up on written window cleaning estimates by phone

Answer customer calls

Process payments from customers

Create deposits

Must have:

· Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone

· Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made

· Proven PC Skills (Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite, and Fish software)
