Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support front desk operations and administrative tasks during the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, front-desk experience, and the ability to work independently. Candidates who live close to the worksite are preferred due to the late-night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front-desk contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Assist with shift documentation, logs, sign-ins, and scheduling support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Support supervisors and management with administrative projects.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and front-desk experience required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Preference for candidates who live near Rising Sun Avenue or within short commuting distance.
- Must be able to meet standard pre-employment requirements (if applicable).
