    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support front desk operations and administrative tasks during the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, front-desk experience, and the ability to work independently. Candidates who live close to the worksite are preferred due to the late-night shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary front-desk contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
    • Provide excellent customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
    • Assist with shift documentation, logs, sign-ins, and scheduling support.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
    • Support supervisors and management with administrative projects.
    • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service and front-desk experience required.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
    • Preference for candidates who live near Rising Sun Avenue or within short commuting distance.
    • Must be able to meet standard pre-employment requirements (if applicable).
