Daily Responsibilities
Enter and maintain job information within company software
Organize and manage job files and documentation
Assist with customer intake and scheduling with Estimator
Coordinate scheduling of jobs
Prepare and file DEQ paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
