ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MO NO REMOTE WORK
Administrative Coordinator to the Director of Life Publishers, providing secretarial support through calendar, calls, and email.
Maintains digital filing and records for the Administrative Office, including building maintenance, service vendors, purchase orders, and quarterly reports.
Assist in implementing office protocol as directed.
Complete necessary travel arrangements.
Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
Retain all vehicle and driver digital information for the Life Publishers office.
Assist in scheduling quarterly building maintenance and needed service calls.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have intercultural experience and an understanding of missionary culture.
Some college is preferred.
Church and ministry office background is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Office programs a must.
Must be able to multi-task.
