    Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our new U.S. subsidiary. This role is crucial in managing office administration, coordinating compliance documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between our Houston office and global headquarters.

    Responsibilities

    Manage office operations, scheduling, and documentation.

    Support compliance processes (zoning, environmental permits, local regulations).

    Coordinate between U.S. operations and international HQ.

    Handle vendor and supplier communications for facility and service contracts.

    Support financial processes such as expense tracking, invoice management, and coordination with external accountants.

    Support for visa/permit paperwork.

    Qualifications

    2+ years in administrative, compliance, or office management roles.

    Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or environmental industries preferred.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Familiarity with international company operations is an advantage.

    Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.

    Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus.
