    Key duties of the position:

    Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children

    Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety

    Greeting families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism

    Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing email communications and social media posts

    Assisting with enrollment paperwork, immunization records, and family onboarding

    Preparing for tours and creating an exceptional experience for families

    Help organize classroom supplies, meal counts, and inventory needs

    Support Director and Franchise Owner with administrative tasks and reporting

    Help manage school calendar, facility maintenance requests, and supply orders

    Complete daily school closing checklist and oversee the closing of the school each week night

    Salary Range: $14.00-$16.00/hour

    Shift Schedule:10:00 am - 7:00 pm
