Pure Water Systems is seeking a reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, small office environment. If you’re customer oriented, energetic, and self-motivated, we’d love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate for this full-time position would need knowledge of Quick Books, a background in customer service, and must have a high degree of accuracy with an attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting customers warmly

Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations via phone and email communications

Provide support to customers by addressing questions, concerns, and/or service issues

Assist with quotes, invoices, data entry, and inventory management

Create work orders for technicians and sales visits

Perform general office duties as assigned to support overall business operations

Minimum Requirements:

1-3+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Advanced skills with MS Office Suite

QuickBooks Desktop Online experience preferred

Hours:

In office: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $16-$20/HR based on skills and experience
