    Position Overview

    The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Accounting team and supports the Richardson office with onboarding, badging, and administrative operations. This role works closely with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while also assisting with accounts payable functions. The position is highly detail-oriented and administrative in nature, with opportunity to grow into expanded accounting responsibilities over time.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and coordination.

    Handle employee badging and site access requirements.

    Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.

    Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.

    Provide general administrative support to office and project teams.

    Assist the accounting team with accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry and tracking.

    Support organization and maintenance of vendor and project documentation.

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between field and office.

    Required Qualifications

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy.

    Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

    Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior administrative or office support experience.

    Exposure to onboarding, HR coordination, or accounts payable processes.

    Experience in construction, industrial, or similar environments.
