My name is Bethanne, and I'm the Area Manager for Thrive, a swiftly growing organization devoted to providing exceptional play-based learning experiences for young children and cultivating a better humanity for all. We're looking for a highly detailed Administrative Coordinator experienced in supporting senior management to ensure the smooth operation of Thrive Preschool.

We currently have five schools where we are creating a thriving community for children, families and educators with exciting advancement opportunities and a focus on personal and professional growth, and we're continuing to grow throughout the Denver Metro area.

    The How Much Will I Make & How Many Hours Will I Work Part (aka the First Thing You Are Probably Reading Part)

    We are looking to hire a full-time Administrative Coordinator (Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day) for an hourly position making $21-$25 per hour plus extensive benefits. This position is a hybrid role, requiring time spent operating out of each of our schools (Denver, Englewood, Reunion, Littleton, and Golden, along with future centers as they open) in addition to remote work when necessary.

    • 1–5 years of administrative or office support experience required.(executive support preferred).
    • Project management experience required.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, creative, solution-oriented mindset.

    The Responsibilities Part

    As a Administrative Coordinator at Thrive, you will provide high level support to senior management to ensure the smooth operation of Thrive Preschool. You will also assist in planning, organizing and managing projects that align with strategic business goals. This role requires skillful project management expertise, prioritizing tasks effectively, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Provide timely and effective administrative support to leaders and administrators
    • Support operations with scheduling, vendor management, inspections, and contract coordination.
    • Troubleshoot logistical issues to ensure operational processes run smoothly.
    • Perform research and prepare presentations, reports, manage correspondence, track expenses, audit and maintain records.
    • Act as a point of contact between executives, vendors, staff, and clients.
    • Coordinate logistics for designated school activities and events, including meetings and training sessions.
    • Manage special projects as assigned.
    • Review client-facing communications
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to support seamless daily operations **
