Administrative Executive Assistant
Job Description
The Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our small, collaborative team. This in-person position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our office and the successful execution of our programs, partnerships, and professional development initiatives. We are also interested in part-time applicants potentially.
Primary Responsibilities:
· - Provide administrative and clerical support to BASA staff
· - Assist in the coordination and execution of workshops, conferences, and events
· - Support partnership development and program implementation
· - Manage correspondence and scheduling
· - Maintain accurate records for programming and grant-related documentation
· - Interact professionally with members, education partners, and stakeholders
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
· - Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
· - High level of punctuality, organization, and reliability
· - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· - Experience with Adobe InDesign, marketing tools, and digital design (preferred but not required)
· - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
