    We are looking for an administrative assistant to aid the Chief Operating Officer with administrative related tasks. These tasks will vary to include a wide range of subjects. This person will work hand and hand with our corporate office manager on different areas including IT, legal, accounting, operational data and other general administrative duties. Strong familiarity with computers and software is ideal. Attention to detail and ability to work well with others is a must.

    Responsibilities

    Answer and direct phone calls

    Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

    Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

    Develop and maintain a filing system

    Update and maintain office policies and procedures

    Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

    Maintain company training data and help content developers

    Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

    Assist Franchise Liaison with various projects to include, accounting and IT related tasks

    Requirements

    Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

    Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

    Legal experience will be a plus

    IT experience will be a plus

    In this position, the candidate will work directly with the COO and office manager to manage a multitude of different things ranging from IT to accounting, to legal matters, to marketing assistance. This position will be diverse and will allow the candidate to get their hands in a multitude of departments and duties/tasks.

    Job Types: Full Time/Part Time

    Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
