Responsibilities: • Maintain transaction records and ensure accuracy across systems. • Provide support to team members regarding splits, fees, contracts, and transaction details. • Onboard and offboard agents and admin, ensuring compliance with paperwork. • Train new hires on systems, processes, and expectations. • Manage employee, agent, and vendor files and update necessary paperwork. • Process checks, reconcile discrepancies. • Handle payment of bills, invoices, and contract work. • Manage payroll and coordinate processing. • Prepare weekly team meetings to provide updates and support to our agents. • Test and evaluate systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Facilitate monthly staff one-on-one meetings to provide support and accountability for staff goals Qualifications: • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in G Suite, ClickUp, QuickBooks, and CRM systems. • Knowledge of real estate transactions and processes (preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
