Responsibilities: • Executive Calendar Management: Streamline executive schedules by expertly managing appointments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, organizing high-priority meetings, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to maximize productivity. • Strategic Email Oversight: Enhance communication flow by effectively managing executive inboxes, prioritizing, responding to, and flagging critical messages, drafting professional correspondence, and ensuring prompt attention to urgent matters. • Prepare Presentations and Reports: Develop high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. • Social Media Management: Oversee executive-level social media profiles and engagement. • Create Workflows and Processes: Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency. • Research and Recommend Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching tools and solutions. • CRM Administration: Update and manage CRM systems for accurate data management. • Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange all travel needs, including flights, accommodations, and logistics. • Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and other vital events. Qualifications: • 3+ years of administrative management or operations experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. • Proven expertise with CRM systems, database management, and business analytics. • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools. • Experience with graphic design software (Canva preferred). • Strong financial administration and billing process experience. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with client-facing experience. • Strong analytical skills with ability to compile, interpret, and present complex reports. • Real estate industry knowledge preferred but not required. • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
