    Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of our pain clinic. This role is critical to ensuring efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, excellent patient experience, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare management experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of pain management or specialty medical practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient experience

    Supervise and support administrative staff, including front desk, scheduling, and billing teams

    Manage patient scheduling, referral processes, and insurance verification workflows

    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, state and federal guidelines)

    Coordinate with clinical leadership to optimize staffing, clinic flow, and provider schedules

    Monitor billing, coding, and collections in collaboration with billing partners

    Implement and improve policies, procedures, and best practices

    Handle patient concerns, escalations, and service recovery professionally

    Liaise with vendors, payers, and external partners

    Support accreditation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

    Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

    2–4+ years of healthcare administrative or practice management experience (pain management or specialty clinic experience strongly preferred)

    Strong knowledge of medical office operations, billing, coding, and insurance processes

    Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and practice management systems

    Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinical environment
