Experience, Skills, and Education Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven successful Office Management, Human Resources, Business Management or Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Administrative Management experience.
Knowledge of Employee laws in Texas and New Mexico.
Average tenure of at least 2 years over the past 5 years; fewer than 3 employers over the past 5 years.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred with nearly perfect grammar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel & Outlook Emails) and Adobe Acrobat, and overall advanced computer competence required.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coachability, interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communications skills.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or accounting required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and evaluate the Staff Accountant, Pricing & Asset Analyst, and AR & Invoicing Specialist.
Produce monthly financial statements and oversee general-ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and the month-end closing process.
Produce and analyze financial results, budgets, cash flow, expenses, and profitability for management.
Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, credit limits, aging, and customer account disputes.
Oversee accounts payable, vendor invoice processing, approvals, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
Help maintain compliance with applicable employment, tax, accounting, and record-retention requirements.
Oversee customer pricing, margin analysis, asset tracking, rental billing, and inventory or asset discrepancies.
Maintain appropriate internal controls and written administrative procedures.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, banks, insurance providers, and other advisors.
