    We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Admin Support & Marketing Assistant to help launch and run our new start-up. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the systems, culture, and brand of a company built to scale. You’ll wear multiple hats, handling licensing and compliance filings, organizing loans, managing customer communication, following up on leads, creating social media content, and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a startup environment and love turning ideas into action, this role is for you. Can be full-time or part-time. Fully Remote (LatAm preferred, PST time zone) Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage brokerage registration, licensing, and compliance paperwork • Organize and track loan files, client documentation, and follow-ups in CRM • Provide customer support via email, text, and phone • Handle inbound leads and conduct outreach/follow-up to potential clients and • partners • Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal team members to move loans • efficiently • Support with the Marketing Strategy and Content Grid social media schedule, • newsletters, and marketing content • Collect client feedback and push for online reviews • Respond to client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution • Maintain records, reporting dashboards, and company templates • Assist with new system setup, process improvement, and vendor coordination Qualifications: • Experience in mortgage, lending, or real estate operations (preferred but not • required) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with digital tools (Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, Canva, or • similar platforms) • Self-starter with high initiative, can work independently and figure things out • Comfortable with startup pace and occasional “all hands on deck” moments • Ability to work remotely Compensation: $10 hourly
