We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Office Manager and employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
Screening and directing calls
Follow up on Purchase orders
Scanning, filing, copying and responding to emails
Updating databases and entering data into company system
Maintain an organized filing system
Assist Office Manager with general office duties
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners).
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Solid listening and communicating skills
Comfortable working in small office setting.
