Part-time Administrative Office Assistant (eventual full-time potential)

Position Summary The Administrative Office Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of the Club. This position supports membership communications, assists with administrative tasks, and serves as a friendly and professional point of contact for our members.
You will collaborate closely with the Club Secretary and management team in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
· Respond to membership inquiries and general questions from members and guests (in person, by phone, and via email).
· Prepare and distribute communications, newsletters, and announcements to the membership.
· Assist with membership applications, renewals, and records management.
· Provide administrative support to the Club Secretary and General Manager.
· Maintain organized files and a professional office environment.
· Assist with club meetings, events, and occasional weekend or holiday functions.
Qualifications
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused attitude.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams).
· Excellent organization and mindfulness.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a small team setting.
· Prior experience in a private club, hospitality, or administrative role preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
· Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays and holidays as needed.
· Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
