    If this sounds like an environment you would work well with, currently we have an opening for an Office Coordinator to support our brokers, our staff, and our clients. This position is based at our Lakeview, and Wicker Park office locations. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunity to grow, and an outstanding workplace environment. This position is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

    SUMMARY

    This is a customer service-oriented position, focused on providing an elevated agent and client experience as well as a supportive back- end experience to both agents and staff. It is important that a professional office environment is maintained at all times as well as providing excellent administrative and operational support. You will be traveling as needed between our Chicago offices to offer support to our Administrative Team as well as our Evanston office.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Answer incoming telephone calls

    Receive and process earnest money, agent commissions and tenant rent payments

    Process applications

    Become familiar with our technology platforms and serve as a resource for agents and staff on these platforms

    Communicate with our current/potential vendors

    Prepare daily route for our courier and communicate on tasks as needed

    Provide operational support

    Provide coverage at the front desk greeting agents and visitors in a professional and hospitable manner and ensuring their needs are met. This would also include answering incoming telephone calls, receiving and processing earnest money, agent commissions and tenant rent payments and processing applications

    Data entry and other administrative support as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Prior administrative experience is required

    Highly organized with an ability to prioritize

    Technology Savvy

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

    Experience in or exposure to the real estate industry is an advantage although not required

    Operations experience is a plus

    Effective communication skills and an outgoing personality

    Experience with G Suite is preferred.
