Full-Time Hours: 32-35 hours a week; M, T 8:30-1:30; W-F 8:30-5:00
Pay: $18.00 - $21 per hour

Job description:
Lighthouse is looking for an Administrative Office Professional who exudes a servant heart with strong organizational skills, customer service skills, and a high attention to detail. This position is full-time and assists in Lighthouse office tasks. The primary responsibility is assisting Accounts Payable. Duties will also involve answering phones (reception), assisting in basic accounting, Parts, Collision Center, and HR.
Essential Duties
- Accounts payable duties involve providing assistance in: invoicing, and reconciling statements.
- Processing of car deals, extended warranties, coding invoices for the parts department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist Parts department with special order inventory.
- Assist Collision Center with customer follow-up cards.
- Assist HR with employee recognition cards.
- Complete unique office projects as assigned. Examples include but are not limited to: reconciling spreadsheets, data migration for new software, converting files from paper to digital.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Graduate or GED
- One to two years related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent phone communication skills, and a patient and professional attitude.
- Able to multitask and manage interruptions, in an open office environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Familiarity with the following systems and software is preferred: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- The job involves sitting, typing, phone calls, writing, and occasional bending, lifting, and stooping.
