    Administrative Operations Coordinator — Adult Family Home Full-Time | Milwaukee, WI | On-Site

    Trinity Care is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator (AOC) to support daily operations in our adult family home, serving adults with behavioral health challenges. This role combines administrative tasks with direct resident and family support to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage supply orders, inventory, and household item replacements

    Coordinate resident transportation, outings, and appointments

    Facilitate weekly new hire orientations and assist with onboarding

    Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify safety or maintenance issues

    Provide administrative support: filing, scheduling, document management

    Assist residents and families with inquiries and appointment scheduling

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

    Qualifications

    2+ years of administrative or coordination experience (healthcare/residential preferred)

    Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety standards required

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Associate's or Bachelor’s preferred

    Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally
