    We are a well-established and thriving specialty dental practice located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, seeking an experienced Administrative Practice Coordinator to join our exceptional team.

    Position Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental practice

    Clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting

    Preferred Experience Experience working in a specialty dental practice

    Dental assisting or hygiene coordinator experience

    Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in all patient interactions

    Manage telephone communications with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth

    Schedule appointments and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records

    Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the check-in and check-out process, including:

    Posting charges and payments

    Patient follow-up and coordination

    Assist with patient case presentations, including reviewing treatment plans and answering patient questions

    Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, doctors, and team members

    Utilize computer systems effectively, including learning and working within Dentrix dental software, for

    Scheduling and patient follow-up

    Treatment plan management

    Data entry and administrative support
