About the Role:

Olympic Auto Body and Sales LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative & Production Assistant to join our team in Lynn, MA. This is a dynamic role where you'll play a key part in keeping our shop running smoothly — from front office operations to supporting our production floor. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and love wearing multiple hats, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer phones, and manage front desk operations with professionalism

Assist with vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and vehicle walk around inspections

Support production staff by tracking job statuses and communicating workflow updates to customers

Input invoices, Credits and Returns using CCC ONE

Maintain accurate records of parts orders and inventory

Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Requirements:

Prior experience in an administrative, office, or automotive industry role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills

Familiarity with auto body shop management software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell) is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, management, and customers

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks independently
