Responsibilities: • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Proficient in Excel • Have familiarity with QuickBooks • Manage email intake and organization • Assist with property management tasks, including tracking complaints and coordinating repairs • Request and organize bids for services • Be open to learning software • Have familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000
