  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our office. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a wide range of support-related responsibilities. In Office Mon-Fri 9:00 - 6:00 at Corporate Offices - 360/2222 area Responsibilities: • Front desk receptionist, greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner • Receive, sort, scan and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and shipments as needed. This is about 25% of the role. • Oversee general office management, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance coordination • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments • Arrange travel, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries for team members • Assist with document preparation, filing, and other administrative duties as required Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (mortgage or financial industry a plus) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation • Stable job history with a track record in Administrative professional roles Compensation: $47,500 - $50,000
