Front Office Administrator We are seeking a highly energetic and positive individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. This is a key role within our office, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in being reliable, organized, and an essential part of a supportive team environment. This position is responsible for opening and closing the office each day and ensuring all daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes while contributing to overall office success. What We’re Looking For: • A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong energy and enthusiasm • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Dependable and self-motivated with a proactive mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Responsibilities: • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel • Open and close the office daily, ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed • Maintain office organization and readiness, including stocking printers and office supplies • Check and manage voicemails and general office phone/text communications • Prepare upcoming leases and management agreements • Assist with utility tracking • Support rental verification processes • Prepare Power Point slides for office meetings • Provide general back-end administrative support to the team Qualifications: • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Compensation: $35,000 - $36,000 yearly
