Remerica United Realty is looking for a part-time front desk employee available to work 16- 24 hours per week at our Brighton location. Consistent days and hours. Your main duties will be answering phones and emails, assisting agents with our software programs, and their closings. Front desk experience preferred, but we are happy to train! You’ll always have the support of our Novi office if anything comes up that needs clarification. Computer and phone etiquette are a must. Business casual dress code. Responsibilities: • Answering phone calls and emails • Confirming and showing appointments for agents • Using Skyslope and Realcomp software programs • Assisting agents with closings • Opening and closing the Brighton office Monday-Wednesday, 9-5 pm Qualifications: • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $15 hourly
