Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Support • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy • Conduct client intake to ensure a smooth and welcoming first impression • Attend client meetings as needed, taking detailed and accurate notes • Communicate with clients and third parties, offering timely and compassionate support Document & Case Management • Draft estate planning documents, memoranda, and correspondence • Organize and maintain confidential client asset information and files • Scan, track, and manage signed documents Legal & Administrative Tasks • Serve as a witness for client signings and act as a notary • Submit court filings using the electronic filing system • Schedule and confirm client appointments • Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Ability to work both independently (following established systems and procedures) and under close supervision when needed, always maintaining strict client confidentiality • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional attention to detail in drafting documents, verifying information, and following up on missing items • Service-minded, team-oriented, and compassionate in working with clients Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
