Job Summary
Administrative Sales Advisor is responsible for supporting student recruitment, enrollment, and administrative operations within a Cosmetology school. This role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing program information, and ensuring accurate administrative support for daily school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales / Admissions Duties
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, text, email, and in person.
Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about programs, schedules, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication with prospective students to support enrollment goals.
Assist students with completing admissions applications and enrollment documents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollment activity.
Collaborate with the financial aid department to ensure students understand tuition costs and funding options.
Administrative Duties
Provide office support including greeting visitors and answering phones.
Maintain electronic student records and administrative files.
Assist with data entry and reporting related to admissions
Support school events, orientations, and recruitment activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain organized documentation.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or administrative support preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
